WHAT IS A PPEC?PPEC stands for Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care. We provide services for children with disabilities and complex medical conditions from birth through age 21. Our center is licensed by the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THE PPEC PROGRAM?Medically fragile children with complex medical conditions requiring skilled nursing care and also children who are unable to have their needs met by a typical school or daycare, and/or do not need to be in a hospital.

WHO PAYS FOR THESE SERVICES?PPEC services are covered 100% by Medicaid once prescribed by the child's pediatrician or with a letter of medical necessity. We also accept insurance and private payments.
